📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions • Analyze functional requirements and produce technical solution designs • Develop workflows, business rules, forms, integrations, reports, dashboards, and notifications • Build and enhance functionality supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, accessibility enhancements, KPI reporting, and customer support capabilities • Develop, execute, and document unit, integration, and system tests • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment documentation, and test scripts • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues • Support O&M activities, enhancement sprints, and platform upgrades • Participate in demonstrations, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing activities • Ensure all development activities comply with WCAG 2.2 and Section 508 requirements • Support release management and deployment activities across environments

🎯 Requirements

• Public Trust Eligibility Required • Minimum five (5) years of experience performing software development tasks on ServiceNow platforms • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) • Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, forms, integrations, and platform customization • Experience with Agile software development practices • Experience creating technical documentation and executing software testing activities • Knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG and Section 508 • Applicants must be U.S. citizens or currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination • Sponsorship is not available
