📋 Description

• Assist in implementing new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities • Mature and enhance functionality across previously implemented ServiceNow modules • Foster platform-wide interoperability through integrations with FAA systems and data repositories • Apply Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies to integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions • Implement ServiceNow enhancements and integrations using best practices • Assist with business process reengineering and standardization • Provide documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts, and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and 9 years of experience including 7-9 years of relevant ITSM and ServiceNow experience • Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems • Ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance • U.S. citizenship or green card with 3 years of residency • ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred • Proven experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies desired • Familiarity with supporting FedRAMP-authorized software is a plus
