📋 Description

• Architect and automate enterprise IT Asset Management, CMDB, and HRSD capabilities • Design and configure SAM and HAM workflows, including license entitlements, software models, normalization, reclamation, and lifecycle management • Align platform architecture with CSDM • Maintain CMDB health through Data Certification, Discovery, Reconciliation, and Health Assessments • Design and configure HRSD modules, portals, and workspaces • Develop customized scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer workflows, and Service Portal widgets • Build ServiceNow integrations with SCCM, Jamf, Intune, Active Directory, Coupa, and other external data sources using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers • Establish data governance policies for hardware and software assets • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications • Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications with stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Create technical and functional documentation and support platform upgrades, testing, and reconfiguration • Contribute to technical process reviews, postmortems, and continuous improvement • Estimate effort required for ServiceNow functionality • Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, create architecture documentation, and mentor junior developers • Maintain current ServiceNow and industry certifications and obtain additional certifications

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training, certification(s), or degree • 10+ years of related experience • Expert proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM, including SAM and HAM • Expertise designing, implementing, and optimizing SAM, HAM, and CSDM structures • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle SAM and/or HAM implementations • Deep understanding of software licensing metrics and physical hardware asset lifecycles • Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, and REST/SOAP web services • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Performance Analytics • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM modules • Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop technical solutions • Understanding of Agile software testing processes from smoke testing through production deployment • Ability to document and create functionality aligned with customer value streams • Ability to produce level-of-effort estimates and basic deployment plans • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to learn new technologies quickly • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills • Ability to coach, guide, and mentor junior developers • Required ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification • Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a Public Trust position • Must be a US Person: Green Card Holder/US Permanent Resident Alien, Refugee, Asylee, or US Citizen
