📋 Description

• Support an O&M / Sustainment agile development program • Oversee agile requirements development and management • Define customers' mission and problem needs • Lead the requirements gathering process • Ensure solutions align with customer mission needs and the ServiceNow platform • Facilitate, coordinate, and engage with customer mission and product owners to identify, define, and create use cases • Generate requirements and acceptance criteria for user stories • Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Demonstrate ServiceNow configuration knowledge in technical meetings with customers and the program team • Derive and define use cases leading to epics, themes, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria • Develop and update the Software Requirements Document with technical and functional specifications • Assist with scope definition and level-of-effort estimation alongside the Solutions Architect and Scrum Master • Identify critical requirements and use cases requiring routine regression testing

🎯 Requirements

• Must be U.S. Citizen to be eligible for DoD Secret security clearance • 7+ years of ServiceNow platform and configuration knowledge and experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills, teamwork, and customer engagement experience • Requirements development and management in an Agile Environment, including sprint planning, management, backlog grooming, and user story development • 7+ years of experience working as Requirements Specialist supporting an Agile Development Program; ServiceNow agile development domain is a must • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configurations, best practices, and latest ServiceNow features • Experience with the ServiceNow HAM and/or WSD modules • Current ServiceNow CSA certification • Core work hours: 7:00 am–4:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday, except Government Holidays
