📋 Description

• Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application • Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements • Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes • Responsible for following Argano Agile Implementation methodology • Fully utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack • Provides ongoing input into the delivery practice through suggestions and implementation of practice improvements • Responsible for documenting the business requirements • Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application • Conducts acceptance testing and training customer resources • Plans and oversees the execution of the Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) • Participates in providing structured support to Argano customers • Responsible for contributing valuable assets into Argano Knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field • Proven ability to participate in multiple concurrent consulting engagements • Proven ability to successfully implement D365F&SC T&L modules • Proven ability to successfully implement D365F&SC WMS module • Proven ability to implement solutions for various Supply Chain and Operations processes • Key experience with common T&L scenarios and solutions for pricing, vendor and customer rebates, and workflows. • Proven ability to train others and mentor both Senior and Junior consultants • Proven ability to lead client SME teams • Proven experience working with companies ranging from Distribution, manufacturing, and financial services industries. • Experience in Azure DevOps • Experience writing and reviewing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) • General understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail • Ability to travel up to 50%.
