📋 Description
• Become the trusted advisor to key technical and business stakeholders • Develop a deep technical understanding of each customer’s implementation • Help customers achieve their business goals by delivering timely recommendations • Lead technical health reviews that result in documented improvement plans • Partner closely with teams to ensure customer challenges translate into improvements • Proactively monitor systems and tools to identify and mitigate risks
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in relevant roles • Demonstrated domain expertise in telco billing for B2B and/or B2C customers • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration patterns • Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders • Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to resolving issues
