β’ Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn. β’ Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, personalized emails, social selling) to generate interest from cold leads. β’ Filter and qualify inbound leads from marketing to determine if they fit our lead scoring criteria. β’ Educate prospects on our product, answer initial questions, and build rapport. β’ Schedule qualified discovery calls or demos for Account Executives. β’ Accurately log all activities and maintain a clean pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce). β’ Work closely with Marketing to align on campaigns and with AEs.
β’ 1 - 3 years of prior SDR or BDR experience. β’ Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Strong research, organization, and time-management skills. β’ Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., Gong). β’ Passion for the markets we serve and building relationships.
