• Driven, energetic, collaborative, and innovative approach. • 5+ years of recruiting experience (2+ years in-house, full-cycle) and a track record of winning top talent. • Experience working with key stakeholders including VP level. • Strong relationship-builder who influences leaders and delivers results. • Sharp interviewing and talent assessment skills. • Agile, organized, and energized by fast-paced environments. • Modern sourcing expertise, including social media and recruiting tech (ATS experience required; iCIMS/Greenhouse a plus). • Excellent communicator who engages and inspires. • High school diploma required; College degree preferred.
