📋 Description

• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on Arjo medical equipment at customer hospitals • Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, upgrades, and in-servicing at medical facilities • Diagnose technical issues and prepare repair cost estimates for customer-owned medical equipment • Assist the Sales team with joint calls, in-services, sales leads, demos, and trade show setup • Grow service contract revenue and renew existing service contracts • Follow company, customer, health, safety, and regulatory requirements • Complete and submit accurate reports • Manage spare parts inventory • Drive daily to customer medical facilities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Associate’s Degree in an Electrical or Mechanical field preferred • Repair and maintenance experience with electromechanical equipment • Electrical and mechanical assembly • Training and/or certifications preferred • Sales experience a plus • Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a clear driving record • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull 75 pounds • Must reside in the Cincinnati Metro area • Ability to drive daily to hospitals in the Louisville, Cincinnati, and Dayton areas • 20–30% overnight travel
