📋 Description

• Assist the Superintendent with daily job-site tasks • Attend job-site meetings • Receive hands-on training in general construction and carpentry • Attend and participate in safety walks and talks • Follow company safety policies while on the jobsite • Assist with communication between subcontractors to coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and inspections • Assist with submittals, including daily job reports covering job progress, subcontractors onsite, safety concerns, employee time, per diem, training, and purchases • Submit weekly jobsite progress photos • Submit receipts daily • Assist with project close-out and timely completion of punch lists • Participate in handoff meetings and post-project review meetings at headquarters

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to learn • Positive attitude • Willingness to travel • OSHA 30, or must obtain it within the first 90 days • General understanding of all divisions of construction • Nationwide travel is required; projects near where you reside are not guaranteed • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, twist, reach, and walk for long periods of time • Ability to manually dig, drag, pull, and push materials and objects on the jobsite • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs • Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs
