📋 Description

• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on Arjo’s medical equipment at hospitals in southeast Michigan and northwest Ohio • Perform maintenance, repair, installations, upgrades, and in-servicing at customer medical facilities • Diagnose technical issues and prepare repair cost estimates on customer-owned medical equipment • Assist the Sales team with joint calls, in-services, sales leads, demos, and trade show setup • Grow Service Contracts revenue through service contracts and renewals • Follow company, customer, and regulatory health and safety codes and procedures • Complete and submit accurate reporting • Manage spare parts inventory • Drive daily to customer medical facilities • Travel overnight 20–30% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Associate’s Degree in an Electrical or Mechanical field preferred • Repair and maintenance experience with electromechanical equipment • Electrical and mechanical assembly • Training and/or certifications preferred • Sales experience a plus • Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a clear driving record • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull 75 pounds • Should reside in the Detroit Metro Area • Prepared to travel periodically to the Toledo/Bowling Green area • 20–30% overnight travel
