📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Starlink Reseller order intake, processing, and status tracking • Coordinate with provisioning, logistics, and fulfillment teams for timely Starlink hardware and service activation and delivery • Monitor order queues and flag delays, discrepancies, or fulfillment risks • Assist with Data Pool billing true-ups across MSP customers • Maintain accurate order records and CRM/ordering system hygiene • Support reseller accounts with ordering, account status, and service questions • Support onboarding of new Starlink Reseller accounts • Partner with Account Managers on renewal readiness, account health, and at-risk relationships • Escalate high-priority reseller issues with context and recommended next steps • Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, Supply Chain/Logistics, Support, Product, Finance, and other teams • Identify ordering-process friction and suggest improvements • Coordinate around Starlink pricing or product changes • Maintain ordering playbooks, FAQs, and reseller-facing documentation • Track and report order volume, fulfillment timelines, and reseller satisfaction metrics • Provide updates on account activity, order pipeline, and emerging trends • Support Marketing and Sales with inbound reseller inquiries and small-volume hardware orders • Share best practices, feedback, and workflow improvement ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer support, sales operations, or a related customer-facing role • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with CRM and order management tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) • Preferred: Experience supporting MSP, reseller, or channel partner accounts • Preferred: Familiarity with Starlink, satellite connectivity, or telecommunications/hardware ordering processes • Preferred: Exposure to CPQ, order management, or logistics/fulfillment systems • Preferred: Interest in long-term growth toward a Sales or Customer Success role
