• Provide structure to enterprise-wide training and mentoring initiatives supporting Premium Audit operations teams • Modify and enhance the audit training platform, especially for inexperienced employees • Review presentation, reinforcement, automated, module-based, and self-paced learning methods • Revamp curriculum and create separate tracks for experienced and inexperienced auditors • Develop click-and-learn videos and modules • Evaluate and potentially implement an LMS for training videos and completion tracking • Improve auditor retention and new-hire production during the first six months • Assist the Training department with sessions supporting business operations • Partner with Recruiting and HR to refine candidate profiles, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes • Support individual auditor technical improvement and certification completion • Develop annual goals for experienced and inexperienced auditors • Coordinate review mentoring and field ride-along initiatives for uniformity and adherence to NEIS SOP • Personally engage in auditor mentoring and ensure post-training support and proper inventory and carrier balance • Assist with updates to NEIS SOP and reinforce field compliance • Drive process improvement and ongoing learning initiatives • Serve as a thought leader in progressive learning, automation-assisted support, and AI integration • Provide administrative support for NEXUS audit software adoption and training and become a subject matter expert • Refine NEXUS training programs, including workforce management tools • Assist with audit process enhancements and a structured online web portal • Support Parent Note and Checklist integration and future AI integration into audit processes • Work with NEIS leadership on short- and long-term goals, product innovation, and market leadership • Collaborate with other NEIS functional groups and foster diverse ideas for efficiency improvements
• 15+ years audit industry experience • 10+ years management experience • Prior training and/or mentoring experience • Proven leadership, business oversight, and analytical skills • Ability to identify inefficient processes and create and implement effective solutions with limited resources • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Encouragement to complete APA and PAAS certifications • Occasional travel required
