📋 Description

• Uphold strict client confidentiality protocols • Provide information to clients regarding the viability of pursuing litigation • Retain counsel upon client’s request • Advise clients regarding the attorney’s legal strategy • Monitor attorneys assigned to files to ensure they are aggressively pursuing damages and report to the client accordingly • Ensure timely remittance of funds collected by attorneys • Prepare demands, including balance verification, obtaining supporting documents from client files, and forwarding demands to law firms • Work directly with lawyers to research and prepare documents, briefs, and other case aspects prior to trial

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred knowledge of the civil legal process and/or commercial collections • Salesforce expertise a huge plus • Demonstrate an understanding of the urgency required to maximize recoveries • Good computer skills • Strong customer service experience • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work proactively and be resourceful • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse set of personalities • Strong client focus • Self-starter with a desire to grow/learn
