📋 Description

• Craft accompanying copy, including relevant hashtags, for client-submitted content via the Retail Ready Social Submission Platform • Deploy content to various client social profiles using Agorapulse • Schedule client-submitted content within 1 business day • Serve as a resource for the team and stay informed about client and manufacturer branding, campaigns, and goals • Assist in coordinating necessary content • Adhere to Stream’s 1-hour response and 24-hour resolution policy • Check scheduled posts for error-free deployment • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with clients’ brands and expectations • Keep the Retail Ready Social Submission Platform organized and updated as posts are scheduled • Use bulk import to schedule organic social calendars a quarter at a time • Ensure client-preferred hashtags and brand elements are included in post copy • Source images via AEM to accompany calendars • Take direction and feedback from the Creative Leadership team • Monitor direct messages and comments across social media platforms with professional customer-service attentiveness • Monitor and analyze social media analytics to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and inform strategic adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in social media, graphic design, or related creative discipline • 2+ years related work experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud • Color correction, cropping, adding brand elements, and callouts • Highly proficient in Agorapulse • Knowledge and utilization of Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM) • Works well under deadlines and delivers requests on time • Strong communication and time management skills • Adherence to proofing processes and all Stream procedures • Understanding of automotive marketing, brand guidelines, and OEM compliance
