• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field • Minimum 5+ years’ sales experience in the medical device industry • At least 2 years in a leadership or management role • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory environment • Inspiring leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teams • Strong collaborator with excellent stakeholder management skills • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering better patient outcomes
