• Provide operational leadership for facilities services in an assigned territory. • Manage the complete work order lifecycle—from dispatch through invoicing and closeout. • Support a 24/7 service delivery environment coordinating service requests. • Develop strong customer relationships and manage vendor performance. • Evaluate subcontractor proposals and recommendations for appropriate repair solutions.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities services, operations, maintenance, construction, or technical services. • Trade license in a relevant technical discipline. • OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Certification or equivalent safety training. • Experience managing operations across multiple facilities or geographically dispersed service territories. • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial building systems and facility service commodities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, exterior services. • Hands-on trade experience or demonstrated technical operations experience sufficient to evaluate repair methods and communicate technical issues with stakeholders.
