📋 Description

• Work closely with the Director of Field Operations, Commissioning & Warranty Manager, and other Service Technicians to satisfy customer needs appropriately and timely • Support field efforts including retrofits, repowering, commissioning, and service repairs • Ensure tools and equipment used in field-related efforts operate properly • Manage Concur’s expense reporting system • Submit daily Field Service Reports • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively and frequently, up to 90% of a calendar year • Must have a valid driver’s license • Experience using basic hand tools • Basic math skills • Entry-level knowledge of mechanical systems • Entry-level knowledge of electrical systems • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills • Dexterity to perform manual labor in extreme temperatures • Preferred: utility-scale solar experience • Preferred: utility-scale construction knowledge • Preferred: entry-level Microsoft Office Suite experience • Preferred: entry-level Salesforce experience • Preferred: experience with mechanical and electrical tools • OSHA 10 or higher preferred • NFPA 70E preferred • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Standing 75% of work hours and computer work 25% of work hours
