📋 Description

• Work closely with the Director of Field Operations, Commissioning & Warranty Manager, and other Service Technicians to satisfy customer needs appropriately and timely • Aid in retrofits, commissioning, and repowering efforts • Support field efforts involving retrofits, repowering, commissioning, and service repairs • Ensure tools and equipment used during field-related efforts operate properly • Manage Concur’s expense reporting system • Submit daily Field Service Reports • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel up to 90% of a given calendar year • Perform manual labor in extreme temperatures • Stand for approximately 75% of working hours and use a computer for approximately 25% of working hours

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness for extensive, frequent travel – up to 90% of a given calendar year • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Experience using basic hand tools • Basic math skills • Entry-level knowledge of mechanical systems • Entry-level knowledge of electrical systems • Strong leadership skills • Strong communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong customer-facing presence • Dexterity required to perform manual labor in extreme temperatures • Utility-scale solar experience (preferred) • Utility-scale construction knowledge (preferred) • Entry-level Microsoft Office Suite experience (preferred) • Entry-level Salesforce experience (preferred) • Experience with Mechanical and Electrical tools (preferred) • OSHA 10 or Higher – Preferred • NFPA 70E – Preferred • Ability to lift 50 lbs
