📋 Description

• Define and deliver the overall game vision, including game mechanics, play style, and theme • Collaborate with mathematicians, artists, animators, and sound designers to bring games to life • Playtest and iterate on game math, mechanics, game flow, and visual presentation • Focus on creating the best player experience possible • Produce and maintain clear design documentation • Collaborate with other game designers to provide gameplay feedback and recommendations for improvement • Regularly play competitors’ games in the iGaming and land-based spaces to stay current with industry trends and new mechanics • Lead the creation of new games from the ground up

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing real-money slot games for iGaming or land-based markets • Degree in Mathematics, Game Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Excellent written communication skills, especially the ability to clearly communicate complex and creative concepts to stakeholders across the globe • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging game mechanics, and player expectations • Familiarity with wireframing software such as Figma or Balsamiq • Ability to move comfortably between strategic and detailed levels • Strong organization and structure in a fast-moving environment • Extremely creative, designing experiences that are intuitive and fun • Strong attention to detail and refinement • Ability to provide, accept, and act on feedback constructively
