📋 Description

• Develop services and jobs in Go, including batch processing and event-driven workloads • Implement clearing pipelines for ingesting, validating, parsing, and transforming BASE II/equivalent files • Implement reprocessing and layout version control • Integrate AWS services according to the architectural design • Implement dead-letter queues (DLQs) and observability • Write and maintain unit, integration, end-to-end (E2E), golden-file, and contract tests • Efficiently model and access SQL/NoSQL data • Ensure consistency, deduplication, and robust reconciliation keys • Participate in design and code reviews, pair/mob programming, documentation, and alignment with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams • Propose performance and cost optimizations, tune queries and throughput, and automate repetitive tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Go/Golang • Experience with services and batch/event-driven jobs • Knowledge of context, concurrency, idempotency, and retries in Go • Experience with clearing pipelines and BASE II/equivalent files • Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and Amex layouts • Experience with ingestion, validation, parsing, transformation, reprocessing, and layout version control • Knowledge of AWS: S3, SQS/SNS/Kinesis, Lambda/ECS, Step Functions, Aurora/DynamoDB, and ElastiCache • Knowledge of DLQs and observability • Experience with unit, integration, end-to-end (E2E), golden-file, and contract testing • Experience with SQL/NoSQL, consistency, deduplication, and reconciliation keys • Availability to participate in design and code reviews and pair/mob programming • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or postgraduate qualification (as stated in the job posting)
