📋 Description

• Design and implement high-quality software solutions with a focus on microservices architecture • Develop and maintain robust, scalable RESTful APIs • Work with RabbitMQ for asynchronous task processing • Use Redis for caching and performance optimization • Manage development and production environments using Docker • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and feature planning • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs • Ensure the stability and reliability of the platform • Contribute to CI/CD practices • Help evolve InPeace’s digital platform, which strengthens communication and engagement in Christian communities

🎯 Requirements

• Solid professional experience in backend development with PHP, preferably using Symfony • Strong knowledge of relational data modeling with MySQL and PostgreSQL • Understanding of microservices architecture • Knowledge of unit and integration testing • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach • Alignment with InPeace’s mission and values • Knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) is a plus • Experience with New Relic or Datadog is a plus • Bachelor’s degree • Independent contractor engagement (PJ)
