📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for clients across industries. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service. • Oversee month-end close procedures including journal entries and account reconciliations. • Prepare accurate financial statements per client engagement terms. • Coordinate with offshore teams for accurate transactional data processing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting or outsourced accounting services environment. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) required; experience with QBO Advanced or multiple QBO entities is a plus. • Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously. • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
