📋 Description

• Conduct and support investigations and resolutions of privacy incidents reported through the Values Line, ministries, and other methods • Collaborate with Compliance leaders, team members, and legal as appropriate • Assist with coordination and follow-up of audits and investigations within the compliance privacy monitoring program • Assist with developing and implementing HIPAA and other federal or state privacy policies and procedures, including consent forms and notices • Assist with creating and delivering system-wide and targeted compliance training and education programs related to privacy • Identify opportunities and support efforts to build a culture of compliance • Support the HIPAA Privacy vertical with projects and programs, including data review and analysis • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Highly preferred: 5 years in healthcare privacy compliance experience • Knowledge of HIPAA and federal or state privacy requirements • Experience with privacy incident investigations, audits, monitoring, policies, procedures, training, data review and analysis
