📋 Description

• Direct the planning and execution of pharmaceutical supply chain optimization initiatives • Integrate clinical utilization assessments and complex financial analysis to deliver data-driven strategic recommendations • Serve as the strategic partner to pharmacy and executive leadership • Provide clinical and operational expertise for solution design, program onboarding, and long-term initiative support • Oversee enterprise-wide risk management related to pharmaceutical procurement, drug shortages, and recalls • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and patient safety protocols • Work alongside healthcare provider teams to improve supply chain operations and lower non-payroll expenses

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Reg Health Info Tech credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred • Bachelor of Science in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree • 3+ years of professional experience in pharmacy (clinical and operational) • Ability to travel up to 25%
