📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical aspects of the sales process from product evaluation through deal closure • Understand customer architectures and demonstrate how M0's modular platform integrates with technical and business requirements • Act as the primary technical advisor for prospects, communicating complex infrastructure concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate with Product and Integrations Engineering teams to address technical questions, define implementation approaches, and support customer deployments • Lead sales calls as the technical lead, including product deep-dives, architecture whiteboarding, and detailed technical discussions • Translate customer requirements into how M0's application, distribution, and issuance layers fit their technology stack • Own technical discovery, demos, proofs-of-concept, and integration scoping • Escalate roadmap and product-fit questions to Product and implementation or technical blockers to Integrations Engineering • Handle technical objections and security, compliance, and architecture questions • Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs • Provide field feedback to Product on patterns, gaps, and competitive signals

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Integrations/Implementation Engineer, or developer transitioning toward go-to-market • Comfort reading API documentation and reasoning about system architecture and integrations • Ability to engage effectively with senior engineers • Hands-on coding experience is a strong plus • Experience selling or implementing technical infrastructure, APIs, or developer-facing platforms • Familiarity with stablecoins, crypto, payments, or fintech is a strong advantage • Proven ability to lead technical discovery and evaluations resulting in closed business • Excellent verbal and written communication • Experience presenting to and building trust with technical and executive audiences
