📋 Description

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to largest customers and prospects • Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies • Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, performant Dash0 implementations • Develop and execute Proofs of Concept demonstrating Dash0's technical capabilities • Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle • Provide architecture guidance on observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design • Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates • Contribute to technical content including blog posts, conference talks, and documentation • Work across both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing • Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization • Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices • Proven ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs that prove business value • Strong technical communication skills for engineering and executive audiences • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams • Experience working in a pre-sales or Sales Engineering capacity at a B2B SaaS company (nice to have) • Active contributions to OpenTelemetry or the broader observability ecosystem (nice to have) • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot (nice to have) • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment (nice to have) • Fluent in English
