📋 Description

• Analyze and aggregate data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive statistical reports and revenue-focused information • Define the scope and format of management reports • Ensure revenue data integrity through regular reconciliation and accuracy reviews • Educate staff on interpreting reporting tools to drive data-driven decision-making and revenue optimization • Identify data trends and make actionable recommendations for quality improvement and standardization of revenue cycle work processes • Conduct account reviews • Participate in payor escalation meetings to resolve reimbursement issues and secure organizational revenue

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • HFMA or NAHAM certified or will become certified within 6 months of start date • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business or related field preferred • 2 or more years of experience in auditing, financial analytics, healthcare revenue cycle or patient access preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Proficient in EHR systems (EPIC or Cerner)
