📋 Description

• Extract internal source data to perform statistical, cost, and operational financial analyses • Engineer actionable reports to guide core business decisions • Facilitate end-to-end budget preparation • Support strategic financial planning processes across organizational initiatives • Serve as an internal financial advisor across all leadership levels • Provide quantitative decision support for strategic initiatives, policies, and operational procedures • Load final budget spreads into designated financial software systems • Execute comprehensive data reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy • Execute month-end close processes and ledger reconciliations

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Robust accounting knowledge • Experience with month-end close processes • Experience with ledger reconciliations • Strong analytical skills • Ability to manipulate complex data and interpret findings clearly • Technical accounting expertise • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
