📋 Description

• Lead a team of 4–6 financial professionals • Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for assigned property portfolios • Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and periodic forecasts with property management teams • Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis, resolving discrepancies with operational teams • Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, tenant billing, and collections • Coordinate with property management staff to gather and analyze operational data • Record revenues, expenses, and capital expenditures accurately across the portfolio • Maintain financial records and supporting documentation in compliance with internal controls and client audit requirements • Support month-end and year-end closing processes • Provide analytical support and financial insights to senior management and clients through ad-hoc reporting and client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related role • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas • Experience with financial software systems and databases • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional business communication • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities and client needs • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Preferred: experience in commercial real estate, property management, or real estate services • Preferred: familiarity with CAM charges, lease administration, tenant improvements, and property-level financial reporting • Preferred: progress toward or interest in CPA, CMA, or real estate-related credentials • Preferred: experience with Power BI, Tableau, Azara, or other business intelligence platforms • Preferred: knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes • Preferred: understanding of real estate investment metrics including NOI, occupancy rates, and expense ratios • Preferred: customer service orientation and relationship-building ability • Preferred: prior supervisory experience
