📋 Description

• Build and maintain pricing models for RFPs and new business opportunities • Perform unit-economics, scenario, and sensitivity analysis to support bid strategy and profitability targets • Update and maintain revenue, cost, and financial forecasts for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning • Collect, organize, and analyze financial data for month-end close, reporting, and variance analysis • Build and maintain financial models tracking performance metrics and supporting management decisions • Develop visual reports and dashboards covering financial, operational, and client-level trends • Prepare supporting schedules, charts, and commentary for the month-end Board reporting package • Monitor client- and program-level profitability against contracted pricing and deal pro formas • Identify margin erosion, scope creep, and underperforming arrangements and recommend corrective actions • Assess the financial impact of proposed pricing or business changes and help test new pricing approaches • Support contract renewals, amendments, and re-pricing through historical performance analysis and cost-assumption modeling • Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Account Management on pricing analysis and client-facing outputs • Contribute timely analysis to the formal deal desk process • Recommend FP&A process improvements, including automation and data quality enhancements • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 3–5 years of FP&A, strategic pricing, or accounting experience • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and scenario modeling • High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint • Comfort working with financial ERP and operational data sets • Comfort working with data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI and Think-Cell is preferred • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Ability to disaggregate revenue and cost drivers at the client and program level • Ability to build, audit, and explain pricing models, including unit economics, scenario analysis, and sensitivity tables • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities and a record of accurate, on-time deliverables • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to finance and non-finance audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Must be flexible on schedule and hours • Some travel may be required • CareMetx considers equivalent combinations of experience and education
