📋 Description

• Develop financial reporting, analysis, and executive presentations throughout the quarter • Present key metrics, trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to business partners and executive management • Prepare income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow outlooks • Consolidate critical inputs from business and finance teams • Apply advanced modeling skills and reliable forecasting processes • Create dashboards and analytics for real-time performance visibility and business transparency • Lead or participate in process and reporting improvement initiatives • Improve forecast accuracy, reporting efficiency, data accessibility, and insight relevance • Identify root causes, leading indicators, and forward-looking insights • Apply structured problem-solving to ambiguous business questions and challenge assumptions • Build trusted partnerships across Accounting, IT, Product Line Management, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams • Report to the Director of Corporate FP&A

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in financial analysis, Corporate FP&A, business operations, or a related analytical role • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, scenario analysis, and charting • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Copilot • Experience using artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and planning tools such as SAP BW/BPC, Tableau, Power BI, and KNIME • Experience automating repeatable business processes • Experience improving reporting workflows • Experience creating BI dashboards • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, collaboration, and relationship-building skills • Ability to connect financial results with operational drivers, business trends, and strategic priorities • Ability to navigate ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and learn unfamiliar topics quickly • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Up to 10% travel • CPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced degree or certification may be advantageous
