📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy • Evaluate trade-offs and develop strategic forecasting of complex deals • Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights • Balance short-term efficiency with long-term impact • Navigate ambiguity and shape strategic decisions • Work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced collaborative environment • Contribute to Rula's mission of providing evidence-based, compassionate mental healthcare

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or commercial finance • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • At least 2 years of experience directly related to transactional finance, such as corporate development, deal desk, private equity, or investment banking • Strong command of financial modeling, pricing analysis, and contract economics • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to cross-functional and executive audiences • Health care industry or relevant consulting experience • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii • Must be eligible to work in the United States
