📋 Description

• Build detailed, scalable financial models and outputs managing thousands of data records • Establish defined analytical perspectives supporting broader strategic initiatives • Perform end-to-end P&L analyses down to Net Income across community, region, and total Ascension Living division levels • Integrate operational drivers into financial models, including resident counts, resident days, hours, pay data, labor productivity, and healthcare metrics such as HPRD • Extract, manipulate, and structure data income statements and operational inputs within OCI, Sage Intacct, SAP, and related data hierarchies • Serve as a technical lead and resource for other analysts • Partner with senior leadership on reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc decision support

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare operations • Hands-on experience navigating enterprise ERP and database platforms (OCI, Sage Intacct, SAP) • Experience managing complex financial hierarchies • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex, system-level data into clear insights for cross-functional partners and executives • 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
