📋 Description

• Extract internal source data to perform statistical, cost, and operational financial analyses • Engineer actionable reports to guide core business decisions • Facilitate end-to-end budget preparation and strategic financial planning across organizational initiatives • Serve as an internal financial advisor across all leadership levels • Provide quantitative decision support for strategic initiatives, policies, and operational procedures • Load final budget spreads into designated financial software systems • Execute comprehensive data reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy • Execute month-end close processes and ledger reconciliations

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Strong accounting knowledge for month-end close processes, ledger reconciliations, and foundational financial operations • Strong analytical skills to manipulate complex data and interpret findings clearly • Ability to deliver insights with executive presence to cross-functional leaders • Strong baseline of technical accounting expertise • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
