📋 Description

• Manage complex patient accounts and submit precise medical claims to accelerate reimbursement and minimize billing errors • Investigate and resolve denied or unpaid claims through direct contact with insurance payers to secure proper payment for services • Post and reconcile patient payments to maintain accurate, up-to-date account ledgers and ensure financial integrity • Resolve patient billing inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to eliminate payment roadblocks and deliver a transparent patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of two years of medical billing and claims resolution experience • Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST • Full-time availability
