📋 Description

• Collaborate with Director-level leadership to define the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) roadmap • Balance asset protection with business velocity • Oversee implementation and automation of modern security platforms • Build and optimize the Discovery-to-Remediation lifecycle • Architect automated hand-off workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem • Accelerate mean time to treatment and streamline tracking activities • Direct automated testing workflows for continuous control validation • Deliver real-time validation of security control efficacy across the national enterprise landscape • Quantify enterprise posture through KPIs such as Attack Surface Coverage and Control Gap Analytics • Translate technical vulnerabilities into actionable, business-centric risk narratives for Board-level decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Experience applying quantitative frameworks to calculate the financial impact of cyber risk and optimize vendor ROI • Proficiency in Python, Go, or PowerShell • Ability to build custom middleware and API integrations for disparate security datasets
