📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end program lifecycles by designing comprehensive program plans, providing operational support via tools and processes, and measuring outcomes across the Flexible Workforce portfolio • Support flexible workforce governance and standardization, third-party labor, centralized internal flexible workforce, and work stoppage events • Partner with leadership to translate enterprise objectives into actionable project scopes, timelines, technical requirements, and cross-functional initiatives • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, project teams, collaborators, and vendors • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communicate priorities • Oversee project progress and identify and mitigate technical, operational, and scheduling risks • Develop contingency plans and provide regular status reporting • Develop, review, and present executive-level deliverables • Provide targeted administrative support • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Required Credential(s): None Required
