📋 Description

• Manage reimbursement team operations, hiring, evaluations, and ongoing staff development • Oversee third-party calculation systems, annual audits, and required financial reporting • Ensure strict accuracy on all third-party filings and coordinate regulatory appeals • Act as the main resource for internal management, external auditors, and consultants • Oversee full-cycle billing, coding, and collection operations for Medicare Advantage and Commercial lines of business • Analyze payer performance and resolve systemic claim denials in collaboration with Managed Care leadership • Lead and empower the revenue cycle team to improve throughput, reduce AR days, and optimize cash flow • Ensure organizational compliance with evolving CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage guidelines, and payer contracts

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Accountant preferred • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
