📋 Description

• Act as the single point of contact for all PHR Way Programs • Collaborate with PHR Way Audit team members to identify adoption deficiencies and retrain team members as needed • Assist in executing the Company's change management plan and ensure key deliverables and milestones are met • Apply industry knowledge and expertise to ensure successful implementation and adoption of programs and initiatives • Collaborate across all organizational levels to drive adoption • Partner with Regional Directors and Operations Managers as a PHR Way Programs subject matter expert • Collect and analyze program data/statistics to provide insights and suggest adjustments to the product team • Act as a liaison between third-party partners and identify ways to improve program or product efficiency • Project manage, execute, and lead multiple PHR Way projects, including consolidations, operations-based training, and strategic initiatives • Act as a utility player for the PHR Way team

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of property management experience • Demonstrable project management experience • Experience with process implementation
