📋 Description

• Direct daily collection priorities, assign aging Medicare A/R worklists, and balance team caseloads • Resolve high-dollar, RTP, denied, and suspended claims while safeguarding appeal and timely-filing limits • Track staff productivity, follow-up pacing, and documentation standards to maintain audit-ready accounts • Partner with billing, denials, and clinical teams to address documentation, eligibility, and system barriers

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Accountant preferred • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Medicare billing and collections experience for multi-entity/site environment strongly preferred • Skilled nursing revenue cycle strongly preferred
