📋 Description

• Performs statistical, cost and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources • Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes • Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures • Performs monthly capital summary reconciliations, tracking planned versus actual spend across health ministry capital pools

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Tableau, and Oracle Financials (FCCS/SmartView), with a strong ability to build automated ad hoc data models and reporting structures (preferred) • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, decision support, or corporate FP&A within a healthcare system (preferred)
