📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement SAP planning solutions supporting end-to-end supply chain and sales and operations planning processes • Develop and deliver SAP IBP demonstrations and present business value to clients • Lead requirements gathering and solution design efforts • Configure and implement SAP planning solutions including APO, GATP, DP, SNP, and S&OP processes • Collaborate with cross-process teams to ensure seamless integration across business functions • Partner with technical teams to ensure technical solutions meet functional requirements • Conduct business process design, gap analysis, and system analysis activities • Coordinate activities across architects, developers, BASIS, Middleware, Portal teams, and business analysts • Support maintenance, enhancement, and development of SAP planning modules and related interfaces • Develop testing strategies and manage large, complex testing efforts • Support budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning activities • Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members • Support planning strategy and operational excellence initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP Planning experience • Experience with SAP IBP, APO, GATP, Demand Planning (DP), and Supply Network Planning (SNP) • Team lead experience • U.S. Citizenship required (Duals accepted) • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
