📋 Description

• Define, design, and implement market level and national scale sourcing strategies • Identify and build talent pools of active and passive candidates for specific, critical-hire requirements • Conduct high-touch, personalized engagement of top-caliber talent through creative outreach and initial discovery calls • Ensure a superior candidate experience from first contact • Test and implement emerging sourcing technologies and tools • Share successful sourcing tactics and results with the broader team • Partner with Talent Advisors and recruitment marketing • Share search information, track success metrics, and document wins to facilitate a more effective search process

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 2+ years of experience in high-volume sourcing or talent acquisition preferred • Proven track record of developing innovative strategies to attract hard-to-find talent in competitive markets preferred • Demonstrated proficiency in Boolean searching and resume platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ) • Ability to engage talent via social media, niche communities, and deep-web searching • Previous experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems required • Specific proficiency in iCIMS or Oracle preferred • No licensure, certification, or registration required
