📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day financial operations activities, including quarterly automated Recordkeeping, RIA, and TPA payment processing and distribution • Oversee and manage the RIA database • Process Government Savings billings, managed accounts, Newport Insurance tasks, SubTA billing, AFCA deposits, and fee equalization • Own quarterly and monthly automated RIA and TPA fee processes, including payment processing, error and variance research, trade confirmation, and payment instruction delivery • Respond to and resolve RIA/TPA issues, questions, and inquiries • Coordinate custom RIA reporting and delivery to various firms • Submit RK HD tickets for fee enhancements, research, and reporting • Maintain and ensure compliance of Credit Memo and RK Loss databases according to the published Table of Authority • Oversee Managed Account and Fiduciary service product processes • Allocate fund revenue into plan holding accounts and manage participant fee equalization • Perform quarterly wrap fee calculation quality control • Create invoices and post outgoing wires using annual, quarterly, and month-end journal entries for Government Saving contracts • Reconcile billed revenue, insurance, and mutual fund commissions • Coordinate monthly or quarterly payments to third parties • Report and perform quality control on RIA payments through dashboards • Work with Strategic Business Consultant and client service teams to answer questions and support a positive advisor payment experience • Prioritize and balance multiple projects concurrently • Assist with other assigned tasks and projects • Demonstrate Ascensus’s I-Client service philosophy and core values in daily work

🎯 Requirements

• PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Access is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle multiple priorities • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred • For virtual remote positions, an uninterrupted virtual work space is required • Family care must be in place during business hours for virtual remote positions • Internet work speed of 25 Mbps or better for individual use • If more than one person uses the same internet connection, a stronger connection is required
