📋 Description

• Plan, design, develop, and launch Sage X3 solutions supporting core financial and operational functions • Conduct analysis of client business processes and functional requirements • Prepare documentation to communicate and validate findings • Analyze data, evaluate existing systems, and recommend efficient, cost-effective solutions • Document functional requirements, workflows, and system specifications • Identify integration points across client systems and recommend connectivity and configuration • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in a manner that exceeds client expectations • Support clients through system testing and user acceptance phases • Manage ongoing client relationships, handle questions, resolve issues, write reports, and perform upgrades • Assist sales with estimates, proposal generation, product demos, and pre-sales requests • Develop deep Sage X3 subject matter expertise and serve as an escalation resource • Map client requirements to system functionality and perform gap analysis • Recommend configuration, customization, third-party tools, or process changes • Complete required training on product updates and new releases • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technology solutions • Share knowledge, raise critical issues, and suggest process improvements • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders • Create opportunities to engage clients and share expertise to drive service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing Sage X3 within core Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, and financial reporting) • Hands-on experience with work-in-progress and cost accounting for manufacturing environments • Familiarity with inventory balancing requirements including RNI (Received Not Invoiced) and SNI (Shipped Not Invoiced) accounting • 5+ years of Sage X3 ERP implementation experience, or implementation of comparable ERP platforms (Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProcessPRO, MS Dynamics) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required • Proven consulting background with a track record of delivering complex software solutions on time and within budget • Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solution specifications • Experience facilitating requirements and design sessions through interviews, workshops, and prototype demonstrations • Ability to effectively document both business and technical designs for internal and client audiences • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage a network of client stakeholders • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments • Remote role requiring a minimum of 50% travel to client sites across the US
