📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to IRA owners through all contact interactions • Provide front-line call center and operational process support to IRA owners • Process applications and IRA Service Agreements • Verify and input customer information for initial applications • Process distribution requests and 401(k) rollovers within defined service levels • Pull fees and scan data into the optical imaging system • Open, maintain, and close IRA accounts • Provide technical and operational assistance and back-office support • Answer questions and provide guidance regarding IRA accounts and applicable regulations • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to back-office processes • Protect and properly handle confidential Ascensus and client data • Adopt and use emerging technologies, platforms, and evolving practices • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Traditional and Roth IRAs • Knowledge of the financial services industry and IRA products • Proficiency with PCs, including Microsoft Office software applications • Minimal ERISA knowledge or job-specific technical knowledge required • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and colleagues in other business units • Ability to document clear and easy-to-understand procedures • Ability to solve problems using resources and procedures • Ability to work independently on specific tasks with some direction for complicated tasks • Bachelor's degree in business is preferred, or industry-related work experience commensurate with the position • Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) is a plus
