📋 Description

• Provide client service to partners, intermediaries, and plan sponsors • Serve as a resource for plan sponsors and financial advisors regarding plan-level investment change requests, model additions and maintenance, and self-directed brokerage setup • Work with internal Trade teams to deliver client satisfaction • Develop knowledge of the business, products, and services • Provide proactive, professional client service • Build effective relationships with team members and internal departments • Research, solve, and resolve client issues • Balance client perspectives and business needs when identifying solutions • Ensure inquiries and issues are resolved and service levels are met • Communicate clearly with clients and advisors throughout the service cycle • Support client retention through appropriate responses to client communications and activities • Prioritize activities and manage time effectively • Respond to inquiries about plan activity, including plan-level events, corporate actions, and broker changes • Support Trade Services teams and inquire with clients as requested • Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties • Protect, secure, and properly handle confidential Ascensus and client data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment • 1-3 years direct client experience in financial services preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with all organizational levels and clients • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to adapt to changing environments and shifting priorities • Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines • Sound business judgment for determining issues requiring escalation • Ability to work overtime • Ability to maintain an uninterrupted virtual workspace and appropriate family care during business hours • Internet connection of 25 Mbps or better for individual use
