📋 Description

• Research fragmented industrial markets to identify manufacturing assets, qualified suppliers, production capabilities, and customer relationships • Build company profiles and maintain a prioritized acquisition pipeline • Develop valuations, financial models, and acquisition scenarios assessing standalone performance and strategic value to Ohr's chemistry and manufacturing platform • Translate analysis into clear recommendations for leadership • Support due diligence across finance, legal, technical, and operational teams • Manage data rooms, track findings and transaction milestones • Develop materials to move opportunities from evaluation through closing • Create repeatable models, research methods, and investment analysis tools • Capture transaction insights to strengthen future evaluations • Report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives • Travel 40%–60% for high-value engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory, or corporate development • Exposure to M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence • Strong financial modeling, research, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail • Intellectual curiosity and ability to understand unfamiliar industries, technologies, and business models • Ability to translate complex analysis into concise, actionable investment recommendations • High ownership, strong organization, and eagerness to learn through direct involvement in transactions • Interest in or experience with deep tech, chemicals, energy, defense, or industrial markets is a plus • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3) • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
