📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day health of core GTM platforms • Manage CRM configuration, user permissions, custom objects, and workflow automation • Maintain clean data flows across GTM tools, including intent data, conversation intelligence, and sales engagement platforms • Enforce standards for data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy • Build trusted infrastructure for revenue reporting and forecasting with GTM Engineers and the System Architect • Triage issues, gather business requirements, and deliver scalable solutions for frontline GTM teams • Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Evaluate new GTM technology and AI tools • Assess integration with existing systems, support contract renewals, and help implement emerging solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in CRM administration • Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot Administrator certification strongly preferred • Experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools such as 6sense, Gong, Outreach, and Gainsight • Ability to translate abstract business goals into documented, scalable technical configurations • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing data discrepancies, forming hypotheses, and presenting findings clearly • Instinctive troubleshooting ability • Clear written communication skills • 2–4 years in a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops systems role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company • Familiarity with SQL or data warehouse querying, such as Snowflake or BigQuery, for ad hoc analysis is nice to have • Experience with AI-assisted workflow automation or prompt-based tooling in a GTM context is nice to have • Exposure to multi-product or multi-segment GTM motions is nice to have
